Wijeratna was previously responsible for the London Organising Committee for the Olympic Games’s (LOCOG) commercial negotiations and was the force behind the sponsorship programme and merchandising deals for the 2012 Games.

Tim's career in sponsorship began in 1986 when he was recruited from the Mirror Group by the Test & County Cricket Board (now the England & Wales Cricket Board).

Steve Elworthy, born in Bulawayo Rhodesia, made his One Day International debut for South Africa against Pakistan in 1998, and made his Test debut in the same year against England in Nottingham. He played First Class cricket in South Africa spanning 14 seasons for Northern Titans and retired from the game in 2003. Steve also played county cricket in England for Lancashire in 1996 and again for Nottinghamshire in 2003.

Lee is the World’s most successful Paralympic dressage rider and has amassed a total of 24 gold medals since starting Paralympic dressage competitions in 1998.
 
Lee has a condition called arthrogryposis, which means his muscles didn’t grow correctly. As a child, he had to have 15 operations and does not have mobility in his ankles or knees and restricted movement in all of his other limbs.

I have worked at Premiership Rugby for 10 years from the start of Zurich’s first sponsorship of the Premiership to the tournament in its current format as Aviva Premiership Rugby. Notable milestones involve bringing in the play-off format to the competition, and selling out the final three years running, as well as being heavily involved in the inception of the A League as a viable development league for the main tournament. We have also recently undergone the re-brand from Premier Rugby to Premiership Rugby in 2010 prior to Aviva becoming title sponsors.
